In November I posted about an article in eWeek that interviewed companies using web 2.0 tools wikis (web sites that are easily editable by web visitors). I promised to add the link to eWeek’s excellent article,so here it is. Enjoy!
For those who didn’t catch my original post:
The eWeek article demonstrated how big and small firms are able to have conversations and collaborate with their customers on important topics. This is my original post, Using Continuous Customer Conversations to Grow. The article talks about how companies use wikis to collaborate about important things like what functionality the version of their software should include.
The highlight of this article is the part about Chordiant, a smaller software company selling to huge companies. Could your business adopt the wiki idea of collaborating on product requirements from Chordiant?
